Q: How are your baked goods made and shipped?
Everything is baked fresh, packaged with love, and shipped straight to your doorstep. Processing takes 5–7 business days. Right now, all items are pre-order. Once processed, delivery is 2–3 business days.
Q: How should I store and reheat my cinnamon rolls and baked goods?
When your rolls arrive, pop them in the microwave for 60–90 seconds and enjoy. You can freeze them for up to 90 days. Didn’t finish them all? Freeze the rest for later.
Q: How long do the cookies last?
Up to 7 days on the counter or in the pantry (airtight). Soft, chewy, still dangerous.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
Not right now, but it’s on our radar. Catch us at upcoming pop-ups (details coming soon).
Q: Are your products nut-free or allergy-friendly?
Some items contain nuts and are made where nuts and other allergens are present. We do not offer a nut-free or allergy-free guarantee. Please use your best judgment when ordering.
Q: Can I send Southern Caviar as a gift?
Yes! Add a note in the checkout notes and we’ll pack it with care.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes—within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours we begin processing, and changes may not be possible.
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address—can you change it?
If you email us within 24 hours, we’ll do our best to help. After that, we can’t guarantee changes because orders move into processing.
